Are you wondering What is Suit Up For Jack? You are not alone. Suit Up For Jack s an ongoing worldwide blood donor awareness campaign driven by cosplayers. Inspired by 12 year old Jack Malott-Clarke, a cosplayer with Severe Aplastic Anaemia, the campaign enlists cosplayers to donate blood in costume to help kids who’s medical conditions require blood donations. In addition to their blood donation, the very act of donating in costume draws attention and creates awareness for both blood donation and the need for blood. Cosplayers use the hashtag #suitupforjack when posting their donation on social media bringing even more awareness to the campaign. Blood clinics have welcomed the campaign because it brings attention to blood donation.
